KRAV is Sweden’s most famous label for organic food. In this training, you will learn what KRAV stands for, what distinguishes EU-organic from KRAV, what is required for a food producer to become KRAV-certified, how KRAV-certified foods are controlled and a little about KRAV’s history. Under Course Materials there are links to useful documents mentioned in the film. The education contains questions between each section, and after a passed final exam, you will receive a course certificate.
