Leadership and social sustainability (On-site training)

This two-day training gives you inspiration and tools to become a confident leader with authority among your employees. The education includes the following, among other things:
- The role of boss
- Coaching leadership
- To lead oneself
- Conflict management
The course is aimed at those who work in the restaurant industry and want to be strengthened in your leadership. If you also book the Restaurant Academy’s economics education , you will receive a SEK 1,000 discount on the total amount.
Course lecturers: Ulrika Karlsson and Cattis Olsén
Ulrika Karlsson is the creative leader for drinks and dining at the Restaurant Academy and runs Krakas Krog on Gotland and Niehku Mountain Villa in Riksgränsen. Cattis Olsén is a leadership consultant and runs her own company Marinda.
