COURSE START: 1 September 2020

The Restaurant Academy’s Restaurant Manager training provides a holistic understanding of the business and is based on brand, finance, leadership and contract issues with profitability as the goal. Those who take the course gain expanded knowledge and skills in contemporary restaurant industry. The course provides an overall picture of what is required of a restaurant manager.

WHO ARE YOU: Is either an existing restaurant manager who wants to develop and strengthen in his role, an ambitious foreman who wants to take the step up or a person that the company considers worth investing in for the future.

SCOPE: The restaurant manager training extends over one semester, with full-day tuition one day a week, a total of 12 occasions. Thanks to the fact that the education is located one day a week, it enables full-time employees to take the course. The autumn education will be located on Tuesdays.

Restaurant Academy

The Restaurant Academy was founded in 1985 and offers training for the restaurant industry in Kitchen, Beverage, Confectionery, Service and Finance. Their premises in the Slakthus area in Stockholm have become a natural hub for restaurant managers, chefs, sommelier, bartenders and serving staff.

At the Restaurant Academy, Sweden’s leading lecturers from the industry work and international guest appearances are often made. Together, they develop Swedish gastronomy and capture the food and drink trends of the future.
